DIGITAL FLOOR PLAN LICENSE AGREEMENT

This purchase grants the Buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital architectural drawings (“Plans”) under the terms below. 

1. Permitted Use 

  • Buyer may use the Plans for one (1) single residential construction project. 

  • Plans may be printed and shared with consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities solely for the purpose of constructing the licensed project. 

  • Minor modifications for site adaptation are permitted. 

2. Prohibited Use 

The Buyer may not: 

  • Reproduce, resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the Plans to any third party 

  • Use the Plans for multiple builds or developments 

  • Use the Plans as part of a design library, catalog, or derivative work 

  • Claim authorship or copyright ownership 

  • Use the Plans for commercial resale or speculative development without written permission  

3. No Architect-of-Record Services 

This purchase does not include: 

  • Architect-of-record services 

  • Construction administration 

  • Engineering coordination 

  • Site-specific code compliance verification 

Buyer is responsible for engaging a licensed design professional as required by local jurisdiction. 

4. No Warranty 

The Plans are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 
Seller makes no guarantees regarding: 

  • Zoning compliance 

  • Code compliance 

  • Structural adequacy for a specific site 

  • Permit approval 

5. Refunds 

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once files are downloaded. 

6. Ownership 

All Plans remain the intellectual property of [Modern Homes ATX LLC]. 
This license does not transfer ownership. 

7. Governing Law 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.  

By purchasing and downloading these Plans, Buyer agrees to all terms above.
