This digital floor plan package includes detailed architectural drawings and specifications, ready for your builder to bring to life. 

Choose Your Set

• Builder Set — Complete construction drawings ready for licensed contractor bidding and build: floor plans, elevations, sections, and general specifications. Not stamped by a licensed architect and not permitted for construction in jurisdictions requiring a licensed stamp; buyer is responsible for confirming local permitting requirements before starting construction.
• Architect Stamped (+Site Feasibility) — Everything in the Builder Set, plus a licensed architect's review and stamp specific to your lot: site feasibility (setbacks, easements, drainage, general lot suitability), local code amendment check for your jurisdiction, foundation and structural adequacy review for your site conditions, and the architect's seal required for permitting in most jurisdictions. Turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks after we receive your site address and survey/plat.
