What Included in a Plan Set

The base architectural design — floor plans, elevations, and sections, delivered as a print-ready PDF included with every license. Customers will need to find a local reprographics store to print out the full size sets for construction. Sheet sizes are 24x36 standard. 

CAD Files are available as DWG files for design consultants to work from directly. Please select this option in the check-out page.

Cover Sheet: Shows the front elevation often times in a 3D color rendering and typical notes and requirements.

Floor Plans: Plan Layout illustrates spatial arrangement with room arrangements, dimensions, detail callouts, plan notes, and flooring finishes.

Exterior Elevations: Views from each side of the home including window and door placements, exterior finish materials, and overall architectural character.

Interior Elevations: Details of the interior space with finish callouts, selections, and treatment (Tile locations or accent walls)

Roof Plan: Scaled drawings depicting roof configuration, finish material, water drainage systems and details 

Wall Section: Enlarged wall details showing materials, layers, insulation, and weather barrier specifications. These details confirm energy efficiency, code compliance, and exterior wall performance.

Reflected Ceiling Plan: These indicate ceiling treatments (ie: Tray, vaulted, stepped, ceiling heights)

Electrical Plans: Shows the location of outlets, fixtures and switches. and key electrical components for coordination and planning.
