NORTON RESIDENCE

Renovation of an existing 1-story brick house with a completely new 2nd floor addition with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Client wanted to update a traditional house to a more modern look with large glass panels fronting the family room. With higher quality roof material choice of standing seam metal will last longer than the existing shingle roof. The neat catwalk feature on the 2nd floor adds to the grandness of the great room below and leads to the outdoor balcony that overlooks the front yard. Even the details played a large role in the design with a stucco reveal banding all around to prevent future stucco cracking.
